Good to know
This is a one bedroom apartment on the lower level (one flight of stairs down from lobby) of a beautiful Murray Hill building. There is no elevator but just a few steps down. The apartment stays nice and cool and is very quiet and cozy. It is one of the most quiet apartments you’ll find since it is tucked under and far away from the street.
